Radiation Center of Greater Nashua reported a data breach involving its business associate, Elekta, Inc. On April 28, 2021, forensic investigators confirmed unauthorized access to protected health information stored on Elekta's system. The incident affected 482 New Hampshire patients, exposing names, addresses, DOBs, and medical details. No SSNs or financial data were compromised. Notices were mailed July 29, 2021, offering 24 months of credit monitoring. HHS was notified per HIPAA.
