Discovered on April 28, 2025, the investigation revealed that an unauthorized actor potentially viewed a file containing names, Social Security numbers, and bank account numbers (used for direct deposit) of 9 Maine residents. TCSM secured the system, notified affected individuals by mail on May 5, 2025, and offered 12 months of Experian identity protection services.
