The breach was discovered on June 14, 2023, and affected one Maine resident. The compromised information includes the resident's name in combination with their Social Security Number. The clinic provided written notification to the affected individual on July 17, 2023, and offered 12 months of credit monitoring and identity protection services through Epiq.
