Omnicell Specialty Pharmacy Services (OSPS), a business associate located in TX, reported to HHS on 2023-09-15 a Hacking/IT Incident (email phishing) affecting 661 individuals. An employee was targeted by a phishing scheme that compromised PHI including names, dates of birth, driver's license numbers, addresses, Social Security numbers, medications, and other treatment information.
