American Golf Corporation notified customers of a security incident on its Golfzing.com website between Dec 12-15, 2017. An unauthorized individual accessed the website servers via a third-party vendor and installed malicious software to capture payment card information (account numbers, expiration dates, verification codes) and basic identity data (name, address, phone, email). The vendor removed the malware and implemented enhanced security measures. No SSNs were affected.
