Health Benefit Plan of Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District (NJ) reported to HHS on 2023-02-09 a ransomware attack affecting 3,909 individuals. The CE notified HHS, affected individuals, and the media, provided substitute notice, offered complimentary credit monitoring, implemented additional safeguards, and retrained staff.
