Radiology Chartered, a healthcare provider, notified the NH Attorney General of a third-party vendor breach. Former vendor Nationwide Recovery Services (NRS) experienced unauthorized access to its network from July 5-11, 2024, copying files containing patient PII. Radiology Chartered was notified by NRS on March 24, 2025. Two New Hampshire residents were affected. Radiology Chartered offered credit monitoring and notified HHS.
