Nationwide Recovery Services, Inc. (NRS), a third-party vendor for DRH Health, experienced unauthorized access to its network between July 5-11, 2024. NRS discovered suspicious activity in July 2024. One New Hampshire resident was notified on April 25, 2025. Personal information, potentially including identity data, was copied. NRS engaged law enforcement, took systems offline, and implemented enhanced security. DRH Health provided credit monitoring services.

NRS copied files containing names, addresses, SSNs, DOBs, financial account info, and medical data. DRH notified 2 Nebraska residents on April 25, 2025, offering credit monitoring. NRS engaged law enforcement and secured systems.

DRH HEALTH filed a data-breach notice with the Illinois Attorney General in April 2025 (case 25-04-125). The register records the breach as discovered on February 28, 2025. Personal information types reported: medical information, ssn. Illinois does not publish the number of people affected — 815 ILCS 530/10 permits the Attorney General to publish only the entity name, the types of personal information and the date range.
