Lagunitas engaged law enforcement, reset passwords, migrated data to a secure environment, and provided credit monitoring services.

Mativ Holdings Inc. notified the New Hampshire Attorney General of a data incident affecting 12 NH residents. Between June and July 2022, an unauthorized actor blocked network access and potentially accessed employee data including SSNs, DOBs, financial account numbers, and limited medical info. Mativ disconnected networks, engaged forensic investigators, notified law enforcement, and provided 24 months of credit monitoring.

Supplemental notice from GNY regarding a cybersecurity event occurring May 23, 2021, discovered June 1, 2021. Approximately 34,000 individuals affected nationwide (53 in NH). PII compromised included SSN, driver's license, bank info, and medical payment info. GNY retained forensic investigators and provided 24 months of credit monitoring.

Greater New York Mutual Insurance Company experienced a ransomware incident on May 23, 2021, discovered June 1, 2021. The threat actor PYSA attempted to exfiltrate PII and encrypt systems. No ransom was paid. ~3,250 employees/directors affected (16 in NH). Data included names, SSNs, IDs, bank accounts, and medical leave info. Forensic investigation conducted; systems restored from backups. Notifications and 24-month credit monitoring provided.

Kentucky Wesleyan College notified the NH Attorney General of a network security incident on Sept 22, 2020, compromising servers containing PII, including Social Security Numbers, of approximately 5 New Hampshire residents. The college retained a forensic firm, contained the breach, and offered 24 months of credit monitoring.

Minerals Technologies, Inc. (MTI) notified the New Hampshire Attorney General of a security breach occurring on or about October 20, 2020. The incident involved unauthorized access to MTI servers, compromising the PII of 14 New Hampshire-based current or former employees and their dependents. MTI retained an IT firm for forensic investigation and sent written notifications to affected residents on November 24, 2020.

Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP notified the NH AG of a misdelivery incident in Jan 2018 where one individual's Form 1099 was mistakenly included in another recipient's envelope. The firm discovered the error on Feb 7, 2018, after a vendor alerted them. One NH resident was potentially impacted. The firm resent all 1099s and offered 12 months of credit monitoring.
