On November 3, 2022, the vendor discovered code that unintentionally transmitted patient scheduling information. The vendor engaged forensic investigators and remediated the platform. Patient scheduling data was inadvertently shared with a single source. No financial or credit card data was impacted. Affected individuals were offered 12 months of cyber monitoring and fraud assistance.
