Electronic equipment containing customer PII (names, SSNs, driver's licenses, bank accounts) was stolen from a Bally employee's home on or about Oct 26, 2012. 25 NH residents affected. Vendor discovered data exposure on Nov 29, 2012. No reports of misuse to date. Credit monitoring offered.
