Technical issues were discovered on October 6, 2024, and a forensic investigation determined on approximately May 23, 2025 that personal information of current and former employees was acquired without authorization. One Maine resident was among the 778 total individuals affected. Kroll was engaged to provide 12-month identity monitoring services.
