Saint Francis Ministries notified the NH AG of a data event involving one NH resident. A third-party vendor, Blackbaud, experienced a ransomware attack in May 2020, resulting in encryption and exfiltration of data. Saint Francis received notification from Blackbaud in October 2020 and identified that names and SSNs of former St. John's employees were potentially accessed. Saint Francis provided one year of credit monitoring to the affected individual.
