Unauthorized access to Blackbaud's network occurred between February 7 and May 20, 2020. Backup files containing donor information (names, SSNs, tax IDs, financial account numbers) for 1,112 New Hampshire residents were exfiltrated. Holderness School mailed notifications on March 1, 2021, and offered two years of credit monitoring.
