The incident potentially exposed employee and beneficiary PII, including names, SSNs, and driver's license numbers. New-Indy engaged forensic investigators, secured its network, and is offering 12 months of complimentary credit monitoring. No evidence of fraudulent misuse was found at the time of notification.

New-Indy Containerboard, LLC reported a data breach to the Indiana Attorney General. The breach occurred on 2023-11-25 and was reported on 2024-03-07. 719 Indiana residents were affected. 874 individuals affected in total.
