Maxxis International - USA notified consumers of a cybersecurity incident detected on October 19, 2024. An unauthorized third party accessed the network between October 17-19, 2024, after an employee clicked a malicious link. Personal information, including names and addresses, was potentially accessed. Maxxis engaged cybersecurity experts, secured the environment, reported to law enforcement, and offered 24 months of Experian IdentityWorks.

Maxxis International - USA reported a ransomware incident on May 29, 2023, where multiple servers were encrypted. The incident affected 1 New Hampshire resident, involving PII. Maxxis isolated systems, engaged forensic experts (SentinelOne, CISO Global), and provided 2 years of Equifax credit monitoring to the affected individual. Notices were mailed by January 12, 2024.
