Canopy Children's Solutions notified New Hampshire residents of a ransomware incident discovered on April 4, 2023. Unauthorized actors gained access to systems, encrypted files, and potentially exfiltrated personal information including names, SSNs, and dates of birth. Six NH residents were identified. Canopy engaged forensic specialists, notified federal law enforcement, and provided 12 months of credit monitoring via Experian. Notification was sent on April 11, 2024.
