Humana, Inc. notified Montana residents of a cyber spoofing attack on Humana.com and Go365.com. The attack, detected March 20, 2017, involved brute-force credential stuffing using stolen user IDs and passwords. Attackers may have accessed PHI (medical/dental/vision claims, biometric data) and basic identity info. No SSNs were disclosed. Humana blocked IPs, forced password resets, and offered 1 year of Equifax credit monitoring.
