Paycor, Inc. notified PfP Industries employees of a security incident involving unauthorized access by a third-party service provider employee on March 18, 2024. The incident resulted in one fraudulent payment and potential exposure of names, addresses, and SSNs. Paycor terminated the employee, notified law enforcement, reimbursed fraudulent payments, and offered 24 months of credit monitoring. The investigation is complete.

Paycor, Inc., a payroll service provider for Supreme Corporation, accidentally mailed an encrypted CD containing IRS W-2 tax information (names, addresses, SSNs) to an unrelated client on February 16, 2018. The error was discovered on February 22, 2018, when the recipient notified Paycor. The CD was securely returned and data deleted. Paycor retrained staff and adjusted QA processes. Identity theft protection was offered to affected Supreme Corporation employees.
