Atlas Capital Management Corporation (ACMC) notified the New Hampshire Attorney General of a cybersecurity event affecting one NH resident. Unauthorized access to employee email accounts occurred between June 2 and June 17, 2025, likely via phishing. The attacker accessed one resident's name, SSN, driver's license, DOB, and financial account number. ACMC secured accounts, notified law enforcement, mailed notification on Sept 10, 2025, and offered one year of Kroll credit monitoring.
