Michael & Son Services Inc. reported a data breach to the Montana Attorney General. The breach was reported on 2023-02-14. The breach occurred on 12/15/2022. 1 Montana residents were affected.

Michael & Son Services Inc. notified the NH AG of a suspected cyber event discovered on Dec 15, 2022. Forensic investigation could not confirm unauthorized access to personal information. Out of caution, the company notified ~1 NH resident whose name, SSN, and possibly driver's license/passport numbers may have been involved. No evidence of misuse was found. The company offered credit monitoring and identity protection services.
