Normandeau Associates, Inc. notified the NH Attorney General of a potential data breach involving 277 residents. A laptop containing an encrypted employee database (names, SSNs, bank accounts) was stolen from an employee's home in Nov 2008 and returned in Feb 2009. Forensic analysis could not confirm if the encryption was bypassed. Notices were sent to affected individuals in June 2009.
