An unauthorized user accessed a single employee email account between January 15 and January 30, 2025. The company secured the account and engaged external cybersecurity professionals. On December 31, 2025, they determined emails may have contained personal and protected health information. No evidence of financial fraud was found, but complimentary credit monitoring was offered.
