Unauthorized individuals deployed malware encrypting network drives and backups. While no evidence of data misuse was found, names, addresses, and Social Security Numbers may have been involved. CTH engaged forensic experts, reset passwords, deployed endpoint monitoring, and offered complimentary identity monitoring services.
