The incident was discovered on July 24, 2020, and affected 357 individuals, including 3 Maine residents. The breach compromised names and financial account or credit/debit card numbers (in combination with security codes, access codes, passwords, or PINs). Written notification was sent on October 7, 2020. No identity theft protection services were offered.
