A review completed on April 9, 2020, confirmed that personal information, including names and Social Security numbers, may have been accessed. CPI engaged forensic investigators, enhanced security monitoring, notified law enforcement, and offered 12 months of identity monitoring services through Kroll. The investigation is ongoing.
