The incident affected personal information of 2 New Hampshire residents (employees). Welltok detected the breach on August 31, 2023, and notifications were sent on November 13, 2023. Response included patches, forensic investigation, law enforcement notification, and credit monitoring.

The device contained data from IT projects, including names and Social Security Numbers of 3,410 individuals associated with a 2004 project for The Travelers Insurance Company. Of these, 14 were New Hampshire residents. Fujitsu notified law enforcement, the courier, and affected individuals, and offered one year of credit monitoring via Debix.
