Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) notified the NH AG of a phishing incident. An employee received a phishing email on April 4, 2018, followed by a spoofed wire transfer request on April 5. The employee thwarted the fraud, but attackers sent phishing emails from the compromised account. Forensic investigators confirmed two email accounts were compromised. PII including names, addresses, DOBs, and SSNs of 3 NH residents was potentially exposed. Notifications were mailed on October 22, 2018, offering 12 months of credit monitoring via Kroll.
