ICON Capital, LLC notified the NH Attorney General of a data breach affecting one New Hampshire resident. On October 23, 2020, ICON detected suspicious network activity and engaged forensic experts. The investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and exfiltrated files containing names, addresses, and Social Security numbers on that date. ICON secured its systems, notified law enforcement, and is implementing additional safeguards and employee training. Affected individuals are offered two years of credit monitoring.
