Travis County Credit Union notified Massachusetts residents of a phishing incident discovered on March 3, 2026, where unauthorized actors accessed a limited number of email accounts containing customer personal information. The incident was contained, and the Credit Union engaged forensic investigators, reset credentials/MFA, and offered 24 months of credit monitoring via Experian. No evidence of identity theft was found.

Travis Credit Union notified members of a data breach involving skimming devices placed on a drive-up ATM at its Dixon, CA branch. The incident occurred between July 16 and August 22, 2018. Skimmers captured card numbers, expiration dates, and PINs. The credit union deactivated affected cards, restored fraudulent losses, and notified law enforcement.
