THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF BOULDER VALLEY, INC.

On April 2, 2022, The Humane Society of Boulder Valley discovered an unknown compromise of its network server. The breach affected 1,140 individuals, exposing their names in combination with financial account or credit/debit card numbers and their associated security codes or PINs. The organization began notifying affected individuals on October 4, 2022, and offered 12 months of credit monitoring and identity theft restoration services through Cyberscout.
