Campari America disclosed a malware attack on or about November 1, 2020, affecting approximately one New Hampshire resident employee. The attacker accessed parts of the Campari Group network, exposing employee directory information (name, email, job title, phone) and Social Security Numbers. The incident was contained, and the company notified affected individuals on November 12, 2020, offering two years of identity protection services.

Campari America experienced an external system breach on November 1, 2020, which was also the date of discovery. The breach compromised the names and Social Security numbers of approximately 1,193 US residents, including one resident from Maine. Affected individuals were notified in writing on December 22, 2020, and were offered 24 months of identity theft protection services.
