NYDIG Execution LLC and NYDIG Trust Company LLC (collectively, “NYDIG”)

On February 23, 2021, financial services firm NYDIG experienced an external system breach, or hacking incident. The breach was discovered on April 7, 2021. The incident affected 551 individuals in total, including 2 residents of Maine. The compromised information included names in combination with driver's license or non-driver identification card numbers. In response, NYDIG began notifying affected consumers on April 28, 2021, and offered 24 months of complimentary identity theft and credit monitoring services through Norton LifeLock.
