Cartegraph, a commercial entity, experienced an external system breach (hacking) that occurred from December 28, 2020, to January 13, 2021. The breach was discovered on March 21, 2022. The incident affected 276 individuals in total, including 21 residents of Maine. The compromised information includes names or other personal identifiers in combination with financial account numbers or credit/debit card numbers, along with their security codes, access codes, passwords, or PINs.
