AMH Health, LLC and AMH Health Plans of Mail, a healthcare organization, reported a data breach to the Maine Attorney General. The breach, which occurred on May 7, 2022, and was discovered on August 5, 2022, was an external system breach (hacking). The incident affected 60 Maine residents. The compromised information included names in combination with Social Security Numbers. In response, the company offered two years of identity theft protection services through Experian's IdentityWorks. Consumers were notified in writing on September 30, 2022.
