InVue Security Products, Inc. Employee Group Health Plan (NC) reported to HHS on 2021-05-12 a ransomware attack affecting 1,062 individuals. PHI on a Network Server was compromised, including names, addresses, dates of birth, diagnoses, claims and financial information, Social Security numbers, lab results, and other treatment information. The CE notified HHS, affected individuals, and the media, and implemented additional administrative, technical, and security safeguards.
