Mercer Global Advisors Inc. notified residents of Rhode Island that an unauthorized third party accessed Tufton Capital Management's network from May 15-16, 2025. Suspicious activity was detected in June 2025. The incident potentially affected personal information including names, addresses, and financial account details. Mercer engaged forensic experts, notified law enforcement and custodians, and secured the systems.
