Filters Fast LLC, an e-commerce retailer, notified South Carolina consumers of a data breach involving unauthorized access to its website. Attackers injected malicious code on July 15, 2019, capturing customer names, addresses, and payment card data during checkout. The breach was contained on July 10, 2020, when the malicious code was removed. FiltersFast engaged forensic investigators and offered credit monitoring services to affected individuals.
