Targus activated incident response and business continuity protocols, engaged external cybersecurity counsel/consultants, and implemented containment measures that caused a temporary business interruption. The incident has been contained; systems recovery is ongoing. Regulatory authorities were notified. The Company does not currently believe the incident will materially impact its financial condition.
