The unauthorized emails were sent on August 12 and August 26, 2019. The company learned of the incident on or around October 3, 2019, during an investigation into suspected theft by the former employee. The administrative services company is implementing additional safeguards, including increased hiring scrutiny and email monitoring. Affected individuals are offered one year of complimentary credit monitoring and identity restoration services through Epiq.
