Synopsys, Inc. notified the New Hampshire Attorney General of a data breach involving a third-party vendor, Colt Express Outsourcing Services, Inc. On May 26, 2008, Colt's office was broken into and computer equipment containing personal information of former Avant! employees (acquired by Synopsys) was stolen.
