Care Dimensions

Care Dimensions, a non-profit, experienced an external system breach that occurred from February 18, 2022, to December 8, 2022. The breach was discovered on January 6, 2023. The incident affected 1,713 individuals in total, including 33 residents of Maine. The compromised information included names in combination with financial account numbers or credit/debit card numbers along with their security codes, access codes, passwords, or PINs. Affected consumers were notified in writing on February 7, 2023. Identity theft protection services were not offered as part of the remediation.
