Set Forth, Inc., a cloud-based CRM provider, notified Delaware residents of a data security incident identified in May 2024. Suspicious network activity led to the unauthorized access of business documents containing personal information, including names, addresses, and Social Security Numbers of customers, spouses, co-applicants, or dependents. The company engaged forensic experts, secured the network, and offered 12 months of identity theft protection via IDX. No evidence of misuse was found.
