Avendra, LLC notified the NH Attorney General that on March 7, 2016, it became aware of a phishing attack resulting in unauthorized access to 2015 payroll data. The data contained W-2 information, including names, addresses, Social Security numbers, and salary/tax details, for one New Hampshire resident. The file was password-protected, but Avendra notified the affected employee and offered 12 months of identity monitoring via AllClear ID.
