Between August 12 and 26, 2019, the former employee sent payroll reports containing employee names, addresses, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and financial account information to a personal email account. The incident was discovered on September 23, 2019, during an investigation into suspected theft. Law enforcement was notified, and affected individuals were offered one year of credit monitoring and identity restoration services.
