Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories (WDL) notified Montana residents that American Medical Collection Agency (AMCA), a third-party billing vendor, experienced unauthorized access to its systems between August 1, 2018, and March 30, 2019. WDL's systems were not affected. AMCA advised WDL on June 3, 2019. Affected data included names, DOBs, medical service dates, provider names, balances owed, and other medical info. Lab results and SSNs were not impacted. WDL ceased using AMCA.
