ONGC Petro Additions Limited (OPaL) is a joint venture company promoted by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and co-promoted by Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC). It is one of the largest integrated Petrochemical Complexes in south Asia situated in the port town of Dahej, Gujarat, India.
