Berge-Bau is a German family-run construction firm operating since 1875, specializing in structural engineering, civil engineering, pipeline construction, and turnkey projects. Celebrating its 150th anniversary, the company serves industrial and residential clients from its Erndtebrück headquarters and a branch in Zeitz. ----------------- Unfortunately, this company’s management values its own bottom line more than the safety of its employees and partners. In three days, hundreds of pieces of personal data, as well as contracts containing non-disclosure clauses, will be made public. We are giving Berge-Bau one last chance to resolve this situation amicably.

Evidence ladder
Attacker assertion only. Establishes: claim date, group, alleged victim.
Unlocks: incident narrative, operational impact. Still no compliance clock.
Unlocks: discovery date, data types, affected count, compliance clock.
Unlocks: materiality, stated response, full audit trail. Ceiling removed.
No regulatory filing corroborates this yet — it is the attacker's own assertion. Watch this entity to be notified the moment a filing corroborates or contradicts it.
