An unauthorized individual may have accessed personal information including names, addresses, SSNs, driver's licenses, and financial account details. The incident was discovered following an attempt to divert funds. The company terminated affected accounts, engaged law enforcement and cybersecurity experts, and implemented multi-factor authentication and enhanced security training.
