Correction: this filing is dated 2023-03-08, not 2022-03-08 as printed in the Indiana Attorney General's breach register. The Indiana register's 2023 year-to-date report lists this filing with a 2022 date in its 'Date Reported' column. We believe that year is a typographical error in the register itself, on three grounds: the same breach was filed with MA, MT on 2023-03-08; the filing does not appear in Indiana's own 2022 report, where a 2022 filing would be listed; and the row appears in the 2023 report alongside entries dated 2023. Indiana's own register dates this breach AFTER the filing it prompted, which cannot be true; and the same breach was filed with the other states named above on the date one year later, to the day. Both signals point the same way, so we publish the later date. We have corrected the date we publish and left the register's own text unchanged. Indiana's published figure is unchanged by this correction.
